245K on a 7.3 powerstroke.
Great tires, 95% tread, matching spare on rear door.
Replaced the serp. belt, idler pulleys, alternator, and upgraded the trans cooler, a known weak point.
I've put only a few thousand KM on it in 3.5 years; previously belonged to a retirement home
It needs the steering done, starts a bit hard if not plugged in below 0, smokes a bit cold. No other known issues.
I removed all the original insulation and paneling, stripped entire inside to bare metal. Ground down all surface rust, painted with POR15. Installed roxul(sound dampening, will not mold) in walls, floor, and ceiling, with aluminum faced closed cell foam on the inside of that.
Massive aluminum roof basket for dance parties or vigorous open air sleeping.

Configured for a house bank of 2x group 27 deep cycles batteries in a box in the stairwell, so they don't
freeze so easily. These need replacing; easy install that I'm happy to do for you, but you should buy the
batteries to have warranty.

Aeroforce FD Series Interceptor Dual Gauges: multifunction, pulls data from the computer, plus the ability to connect up to 4 dedicated sensors, and run advanced diagnostics
Ford Auxiliary Power Control Module to control RPMs while idling, also provides digital tach
5x Auber instruments digital multifunction gauges: EGT, Trans temp, oil pressure, coolant pressure sensors. Last one for fuel pressure, not connected yet
