One bedroom available for rent in beautiful large Chartwell home, which is in Qualicum Beach for all you non-Qualicum Beachers. :) Shared with 2 clean working professionals and a quiet respectable teenager who is in school full-time and works part-time and who has a bedroom in the basement where she uses the bathroom downstairs. Shared hall bath with one other person. Shared common space (you get kitchen space with your own cupboard shelves and fridge/freezer space for your food. You can use all our cooking and eating utensils) and yard/deck with chairs, table, and bbq. Must love animals as I have 2 very very affectionate hairless cats and they will force their love onto you. (May allow a cat. Please read bottom). Perks include all utilities, wi-fi, water-on-demand, washer/dryer, cable in livingroom and frontroom/sitting room (cable in bedroom potentially-read bottom), and living with me. Lol. Looking for a very clean and responsible roommate. (What can I say, I like a clean house). Non-smoker or outside very clean smoking only as no one else smokes. No drugs, no partiers. You buy your own groceries and personal stuff. Nice, comfortable setting. $550 per month. Single person only. Available May 1, 2017. Can run cable to the bedroom for an extra $10 per month or $20 extra for flatscreen tv and cable. Currently unfurnished. Can negotiate a furnished bedroom if needed.
