Selling my much loved, but gas beast.Who is this beast you ask? She's a 2005 Ford F150 FX4 4x4 crewcab.
She comes fully loaded like every woman should be..all the power options including leather(who can resist a lady in leather), tow package(you should totally buy a boat too),aftermarket deck with Bluetooth(safely argue on the phone about your new toy with your wife).Tires have lots of tread so don't worry about our 10 days of snow.Lockable toolbox in back for carrying tools that you baby more than your kids. Kids bounce right?But tools?They need safekeeping.
No accidents,no leaks,no error codes(yes, trucks do exist without them...Mind Blown!),brakes are good,transmission is perfect,4x4 is awesome.
The negatives(It can't all be kittens and rainbows)
*She's older so body has some rust spots, a few dents, and some peeling paint.Have you looked in the mirror lately?You're not looking as fine as you used to either ;)
*The interior is decent but like most drivers seats the driver couldn't keep their butt still and caused the side tear.Maybe it's caused by lifting a cheek to fart?It also has other little wear and tear but she does practice good hygeine so she's clean inside
*Cruise control doesn't work so you'll actually have to use your foot on the gas.
*Passenger window can only be controlled from the driver's side.You're welcome! No more pesky passengers thinking they have control of YOUR passenger window.
*Parking brake doesn't work although I'm told now that it does work and it was user error. Ugh!
*298,000kms.That's a lot of kms but I'd
call her more experienced
*Because she's a woman,she has to show moodiness,she recently decided to have her cam phasers start making noise. Ugh, difficult women! I'm a woman so nobody gets a woman more than another woman. She's just mad I'm selling her. She's been a perfect daily highway commuter for my daughter, but I bought my daughter a small car for selfish reasons as I don't care to hear her whine about gas
Price is $3,700 firm if you want to throw in a cam phaser lockout kit yourself (or change out the cam phasers).If I have to go to my dad and swallow my pride and beg him to install it,I'm increasing my price to $5,200 as I can hear him telling me I'm fully capable of doing it myself.Pride is expensive
