Room for rent: Bedroom available in beautiful large Chartwell home, which is in Qualicum Beach for all you non-Qualicum Beachers. :) Shared with a couple and one teenager (but a good teenager. Lol) Shared hall bathroom with clean daughter. I have my own piece of heaven in my bedroom. Lol. Shared common space and yard. Must love animals, and if you don't, you will if you live here as my kitties will force their love on you. Lol. Perks include all utilities, wi-fi, washer/dryer, cable in living room and family room, water-on-demand (for those shower/bath lovers), and living with me. lol. Must be clean (What can I say, I like a clean home) and responsible. Non-smoker or outside smoking only as I am a non-smoker. You buy your own groceries and stuff. Nice, comfortable setting. Prefer someone that works or goes to school but may consider someone that doesn't if they fit in the household. The bedroom pic is of my office which is identical to the bedroom, just on the other side of the bathroom.
