This Raleigh Record 12 speed road bike is ready to ride. The steel frame measures 19" from crank to seat post and 21" from handle bars to seat post. The total weight of the bike is 28 lbs. It has 27" x 1 1/4" wheels that appear to be fitted with original tires and the 80 psi tubes still hold air. It utilizes Shimano shifters front and rear and they shift through the two front and 6 rear gears nice and smoothly. The brakes are good and have lots of life left on the pads.
